We are a professional removals and courier company serving London and the UK, offering house and office removals, courier transport, packing services, and storage assistance.

  • Courier & Delivery Transport (Local & Nationwide)
  • Packing & Unpacking Services (£50/hr for 2 packers, +VAT)

3. Quotations & Bookings

  • Quotes are based on the details you provide (addresses, access, inventory, dates, etc.).
  • Any changes may result in a price adjustment.
  • Quotes remain valid for 30 days.
  • Booking confirmation requires full payment via our website prior to the move date.
  • If payment is not received before the scheduled date, the booking may be cancelled or delayed.

4. Additional Work & Time

  • If the move takes longer than estimated due to unforeseen circumstances (extra items, poor access, waiting times, disassembly, etc.), additional hourly charges will apply.
  • All additional work or waiting time will be billed at our standard hourly rate plus VAT.
  • Any changes to scope will be communicated on-site before continuing.

5. Congestion, Tolls & Parking

  • The customer is responsible for all parking costs, tolls, congestion charges, ULEZ charges, and any similar fees.
  • If suitable parking is not available and the van must park further than 20 metres from the property, a 10% surcharge per extra 10 metres will be added to the total cost.
  • Parking fines caused by lack of customer arrangements may be charged directly to the customer.

6. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely via our website or approved invoice links.
  • Services are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
  • Late or failed payments may incur interest or result in service suspension.
  • Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable except where stated otherwise in Section 8.

7. Insurance & Liability

We take pride in delivering a professional, careful, and reliable service. However, certain limits apply to our liability and cover:

7.1 Standard Goods in Transit Cover

  • Standard cover up to £10,000 per vehicle (subject to policy terms).
  • Minor damages (e.g. scratches, marks, small dents) will be compensated up to £100 per item.
  • If an item is beyond use, compensation will be based on fair market value, capped at £450 unless declared otherwise.
  • For any undeclared item worth over £450, our maximum liability is £450.

7.2 Antiques & Valuables

  • Antiques, collectibles, jewellery, artwork, and fragile items are not covered unless their full value has been declared in writing before the move and an additional insurance package purchased.

7.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Items packed by the customer without adequate protection
  • Electrical or mechanical failure (unless due to external damage)
  • Pre-existing damage or weak structural items
  • Weather-related or unavoidable transit issues
  • Indirect loss (loss of profit, emotional distress, or business loss)

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 48 hours' notice or more → No charge or deposit refund (if applicable)
  • 24–48 hours → 50% of booking charge
  • Less than 24 hours or same-day → Full booking charge (non-refundable)
  • If the customer is unavailable or access is denied on the move date, the full booking charge will apply.
  • Rescheduling is permitted with 48 hours' notice subject to availability.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You must:

  • Ensure accurate details and item lists are provided.
  • Declare fragile, oversized, or high-value items before booking.
  • Arrange legal and safe parking near your premises.
  • Be present or appoint a representative for loading and delivery.
  • Secure all valuables and personal effects separately.
  • Avoid transporting prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items.

Failure to comply may void insurance cover and result in extra charges.


10. Delays & Force Majeure

Fantastic Moves Ltd will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by:

  • Traffic, road closures, accidents, or breakdowns
  • Strikes, weather events, or natural disasters
  • Actions of third parties or lack of access at delivery

We will make every reasonable effort to complete the job as soon as possible.


11. Subcontractors

We may engage professional subcontractors or partner carriers to complete your job. All partners are insured and quality-checked, but the Company retains full responsibility for customer service and adherence to these Terms.


12. Complaints

All claims or complaints must be submitted in writing to info@fantasticmoves.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos, receipts, and details of the issue. We respond to all written claims within 7 working days.


13. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability per job is limited to the value of the job or the declared item value, whichever is lower.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses or third-party delays.
  • No claim shall exceed £450 for undeclared items or £100 for minor damages.
  • Higher cover is available through our optional insurance upgrade.

14. Website Use & Privacy

  • You agree to use our website lawfully and not submit false information.
  • All content (text, images, logos) is property of Fantastic Moves Ltd.
  • We comply with UK GDPR and protect all personal data securely.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
