We have developed an easy to use and easy booking system for our customers to book. Online all of our customers our sent a notification via email, also we send a text message once our driver is allocated to destination or you can also call us on and one of our staff will book with you. We are open 7 days a week from 8am – 7pm

Yes all of our drivers have insurance and goods in transit coverage of up to £10,000 for each reservation please check out our terms and conditions page for more information on our insurance policy

All our estimation excludes congestion charge, if any of our vehicles go in congestion charge this will be added on to the final cost

We have all size vans one of our estimators will determine with you the right van for you subject to availability

No we do not have a call out fee our drivers are always on the go so when they are allocated a job we designate the job to our closest driver associates to your address and once the last items dropped we only charge for the time spent on our customers

We have no additional charges for staircases we strongly recommend for each floor a porter for example third floor to third floor without a lift we recommend a team of three porters. We also have a fuel charge of £1.20 per mile that will be estimated at the end of the move. First five miles is free from our base or designated driver

No you only pay for how ever long our driver spends during the move, if the move takes longer than customer expected you will only pay by the hour, for example if the job takes two hours and 37 minutes you will have to pay for 3 hours, please note our minimum booking is for two hours

We strongly advise to book in advance we still try our best for same day service but we can not guarantee this with our easy booking system, feel assured that our driver will turn up on the day and time you requested

Yes we have insurance that covers our passengers and goods so we can travel with up to two passengers per van, there is also no hidden costs for passengers traveling with driver it’s completely free of charge and comes as standard service

Yes we always turn up and we take pride in this

Yes if the move takes longer than expected, the customer is responsible to pay by the hour you could carry on with the move as much as you wish
